Brutal Attraction linocut print - white sky version

A hand carved, hand printed linocut of Arlington House, a brutalist/modernist landmark in Margate, Kent, overlooking the big wheel and Scenic Railway of Dreamland amusement park.

Printed on beautiful 100% cotton rag using seven colours of linseed ink including metallic gold tones.

Each of these large prints is hand made and there'll be some minor variation. I cut from a single block of lino, printing the lightest colour first, then cutting into the same block for the next colour and so on until the final darkest colour. This means that a cut can never be repeated, making the small editions of prints collectable.

This version was made in an edition of ten and is sold unframed.
