Postage within the UK will be by first class post. Shipping overseas will be by the Royal Mail international postage service and orders will be tracked where possible.
I will endeavour to send our items within 2 or 3 working days but please allow up to 14 days for delivery. I’m more than happy to discuss particular delivery arrangements by email.
Valuable items will be covered by the correct insurances. This will be reflected in the postage price.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
I’ll package your prints well so I won’t expect any postal damage, but in the event of receiving a less than perfect print please send a photo of the damage and I’ll arrange a replacement.
If the print doesn’t float your boat for any reason I’m happy to issue a refund on safe return back to Black Gold Press HQ.
